The lock and the cylinder should not be lubricated. If removing the key becomes difficult or you feel a creaking sound from the metal parts, you can lubricate the lock only by using the lubricant available in the VIGHI CARE KIT or the equivalent WD-40 SPRAY.
Other types of products can cause grease or dust deposits that would affect the smooth operation of the cylinder and lock.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE DIFFERENT TYPES OF OIL OR GREASE.
The door is normally provided with wood or lacquered panels.
For normal cleaning simply dust them with a non-abrasive cloth, slightly damp if necessary.
For a more thorough cleaning, we recommend using the products contained in the VIGHI CARE professional maintenance KIT.

The burglar resistance test, performed at a specialized laboratory, tests door resistance to repeated burglary attempts, after forcing it with tools commonly used by professional burglars, in accordance with the provisions laid down in the regulations.
THE COMPANY GUARANTEES THE DOOR’S SECURITY PERFORMANCE ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
THE DOOR MUST BE COMPLETELY LOCKED: if the door is closed with the latch only or only the bolt locked, it will not adequately resist the attempted burglary.
THE DOOR SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN A WORKMANLIKE MANNER: The door must be installed in the wall with the supplied anchors or appropriate brackets to ensure a solid attachment to the wall.
IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, THE COMPANY CANNOT GUARANTEE THE TOTAL EFFICIENCY OF SECURITY DOOR.
